CPU over temperature error , Thermalright True Spirit 120M[BW]

朋友的電腦本週重開機時
出現了 CPU over temperature error
進入 BIOS 後
發現 CPU 的溫度到了攝氏 87 度

CPU 是 Intel 4核 i5
未超頻
Intel 原廠 CPU 風扇仍然在轉

由於朋友急著用電腦
因此便先把使用的核心數由 4 降為 2
果然溫度降了
電腦可以使用了
而朋友也打算等週末再來處理

週末時
朋友把裝機的電腦拆了
拿下 Intel 原廠 CPU 風扇
果然散熱片和風扇之間
積了一層的灰塵
把灰塵清掉之後
Intel 原廠 CPU 風扇裝不回去了

朋友花了不少時間
最接近的一次
是 3 個 Push Pin 到位了
還有 1 個 Psuh Pin 只有約正常 1/3 的位置
這樣子開機時
仍然會出現 CPU over temperature error
BIOS 中 CPU 的溫度仍然在攝氏 87 度

朋友決定放棄
買 1 個新的 CPU 風扇
和其他朋友討論後
決定購買 Thermalright True Spirit 120M[BW]

打開 Thermalright True Spirit 120M[BW] 的包裝盒
拿出風扇後
以前只看過 Intel 原廠 CPU 風扇的朋友
一直讚嘆
相較於 Intel 原廠 CPU 風扇
Thermalright True Spirit 120M[BW] 真是件藝術品
看著這個風扇
整個心情都變好了

不過雖然 Thermalright 有附說明書
對沒有安裝過的人來說
最好還是找安裝過的人來幫忙
看過一次就會了

安裝上 Thermalright True Spirit 120M[BW] 之後
朋友把使用核心數改回 4 個
在 BIOS 中 CPU 溫度約攝氏 36 到 38 度
看來應該沒問題了
( PS 使用的散熱膏是 AS5 )

先前有另一位朋友
也是類似的狀況
使用 CPU i5
把 Intel 原廠 CPU 風扇拿下清灰塵後
就裝不回去了
只好買 1 個新的 CPU 風扇 (塔散)

參考朋友的經歷
我想如果我要買新電腦
大概會多買 1 個塔散
在裝機時就換下 Intel 原廠 CPU 風扇
省得以後麻煩
